With a 3-0 victory over Hesston on April 17, the Highland Community College softball squad again qualified as a number one seed in post-season play. They will host a first round, best two of three, series on April 25 at noon, 2:00, and possibly 4:00. Should the coaches decide instead to delay the final game, it will be played on Sunday, April 26, probably at noon. Winning that opening round will qualify Coach Heidi Jordan’s Scotties for the Region VI Playoffs to be held at Hummer Park in Topeka on May 2 and 3. Game times are forthcoming.
