Do you have a love for repairing cars? Experience a career as an Automotive Collision & Refinishing Technician at Highland Community College Technical Center. Full-time students may plan to enter the workforce after completing 18 months of coursework. 

Students will gain hands-on experience working on anything from minor parking lot dents to a totaled Ford Mustang. We have state-of-the-art down-draft paint booth, computer alignment equipment and an extensive inventory of power tools. Graduates of the Automotive Collision & Refinishing Technology program have job opportunities in auto body repair, painting, estimating and collision damage estimating.

The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) offers Entry-Level Collision Repair & Refinish certification. Towards the end of the program students will take the ASE Entry-Level Certifications tests.
